On October 20, 2020, the Guizhou high-end mould project of Hefei Avenue mould Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the group company) located in Zhazuo Town, Xiuwen County, Guiyang was put into operation, which will also indicate the formal completion of the third after-sales service center of the group company. In the middle of June 2020, the Guizhou plant project of the group company was officially started, which lasted four months. The project site selection has been completed, some equipment has been installed and debugged, and has the production (processing) capacity of new molds.

The Guizhou factory project of the group company is constructed in two phases with a total investment of 15 million yuan, mainly focusing on the production and transformation of high-end engineering tire flexible molds and two-half molds.

After the completion of the project, the products can meet the supply of tire molds in Southwest China such as Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing, and the annual sales revenue is expected to be 50 million yuan.

With the continuous expansion of the company's domestic and foreign business, the company's scale is also expanding. The previously formulated development plan can no longer meet the company's development needs. In order to promote the localization of production, sales and service, get close to customers and improve market coverage, the company plans to implement the "5 + 3 + 2" development strategy, that is, 5 production bases, 3 after-sales service centers and 2 overseas offices, By 2025, the annual sales volume will exceed 10000 sets.

Production base: at present, there are three production bases in China: Hefei, Ningguo and Bengbu. The expansion of the production base in Hefei is under planning, and an intelligent mold production line is added, mainly high-performance radial tire molds. The designed annual production capacity is 4000 sets, and it is expected to reach production in 2023.

Thailand's production base has reached an annual production capacity of 500 sets of high-performance precision casting radial tire molds.

After sales service center: two centers have been built in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, whose main function is to realize customer localization service. As the third after-sales service center, Guizhou factory project can not only produce complete sets of all steel molds and engineering tire molds, but also provide mold maintenance and pattern modification.

Overseas offices: there are one office in Japan and one in Europe, mainly to expand business in surrounding markets.
