Step 1: Using EDM process

1, Considering the needs of users, the company can user various types of segmented mould design and processing, the structure of the cone surface, inclined plane and composite three guide forms, make it suitable for all kinds of specifications of heating or steaming vulcanizing machine.

Step 2：Mould processing method

At present, the company has five different processing processes (Electric corrosive processing, investment casting applique, three-axis engraving, precision casting and five-axis engraving), each process has its own characteristics and technical advantages, which is the most complete in the industry, can meet the various needs of different users.
